Scholarships and Funding
Funding
Our program’s major source of funding is through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Catholic Charities Appeal. Private donations are accepted through a variety of organizations and individuals; United Way (#1555), Matching Gift programs, Lions/Lioness clubs and senior citizens groups.
- The annual Archdiocesan Catholic Charities Appeal funds almost 30% of the operating budget of Saint Lucy Day School for Children with Visual Impairments.
- The remaining budget is raised through tuition and fund raisers.
- Parents are encouraged to contact the principal to inquire about the availability of obtaining scholarship monies to assist with tuition.
